Here's my sitch...

Call Tracking Customer Service DB

I have two files: Clients and Parts

Many clients and many part #'s

In the Clients file, I have part #'s and descriptions in a portal from Parts file.

If someone enters a new call record and enters an existing part #, I need the unique description that is connected to that part # to fill in automatically.
