Trainning Plan - Tracking Martial Art Students

Hi!

I have to create a way to track my martial arts students progress...

In fact it will serve for more things, but focusing now I have for example Yellow Belt, wich has for example too, 3 techniques. I want to create a new "Trainning Plan" for each student on each graduation.

So I imagine I could have:
New "Trainning Plan" for "John"
Choose wich graduation he would be in, "Yellow".
Now I have access to the Tech 1, Tech 2 and Tech 3 list.

I wanted to be able to have a toggle button (like this one here in the forum for notify about replies =-)) so I could know "John" has done 2 of the 3 Techs from Yellow Belt. And when I toggled that, it would give me a percentage or mark somewhere "Done 2 of 3 Techs"

Anyone has an example like that? I am a good dog who can learn easy, but I am not a programmer, thats why I am getting headache with a simple thing.

I think it would need using a dynamic list, when I choose wich Graduation Techniques he would be creating a "Trainning Plan" for...
So John would have several Trainning Plans, one for each graduation...

Also, first time I create a "New Plan", the Graduation list is changeable, next time I open this list, it is not more changeable, because otherwise will change all techniques in the list.
Or something close to that... But it can be achieved by creating another layout for viewing what was created, right?

Thanks in advance for any help given. I uploaded an image with an example maybe it can clarify.
