May 23, 201510 yr We passed out a link to our solution to a remote user who downloaded onto their iPad, launched and then received an error when syncing as per the screenshot attached showing: 'Empty Response From Server' I assume that this is due to a network issue but would value any other potential causes for it That said, the second and perhaps more important issue was that the user clicked on the 'Report Bug' option and was just presented with a blank white screen which obviously could not allow the user to report the potential bug Is this a known problem and, if so, do we have a workaround or is a solution being worked on ?
