Viewing select records in a portal

Featured Replies

I have 2 portals with views into the same db, one which views sales and the other views orders.

I'd like the sales portal to view only records with sales, and the orders portal to view only records with orders. Currently both portals display all related records for the original record. Is this possible?

Sounds like you are using the same relationship for each portal. If you want to display both the sales and orders portals in the one orecord, you will need one relationship for the Sales Portal and another relationship for the Orders Portal. The key field in each of these relationships will need to have something in it which differentiates "Sales" from "Orders". I assume your Sales and Orders are 2 separate child files, its probably not a good idea to mix them up.

I seperated the sales and Orders and I'm on my way. Thanks for your quick reply!
