I'm trying to create a auto input field to look up for most recent previous record.

ex. I have a customer, Item and description fields.

Description is already input for that customer per that item.

Now I would like to have auto input description field by looking or compare for same customer and item.

I have got this work by creating a calculation field that picks up customer, item and by making a relationship.

But now this only picks up the description's of first record that was entered.

I need to have this pick up from the most recent not from first record.

I'm sure there is a way of doing this but since im newbie and need some help from you experts.
