Hello there,

I already have another problem : I have in my invoice db a field called 'product description' which is a related pop-up menu from my product information db.

Now when I have to put something else then the normal products (like an explication or something) in the 'description field' I recieve a warning that the field only may contains specific values. And then I have to confirm that.

Can I do something about that ?

Hi,

go to define fields and select your product description field.

Now, go to the validation section. Do you have a check next to member of value list.

If you do, uncheck this, then you shouldn't receive the message.

Basically, the field is trying to validate itself against something and in your case this is the most logical option.
