Getting FMPro 2.1 to run under windows 7

Newbies

Hi, While I've been using Filemaker pro since the early 1990"s 2.1 v2. Have found it met all my needs to assist me in my work as a doctor. The government department where I work have up graded from windows XP to windows 7. Despite my plaintive pleas to continue using XP I cant hold back the tide.

I have heard from several sources that it is indeed possible using some compatibility approach to fix this. Internet sources haven't helped.

Anyone here know how to do this?
