The button of death

My users have found a bug that when they DELETE (using a button assigned to "delete record") a record it not only deletes the current record but all records and their relationships. I do not have a funky script nor do I believe I have a bad relationship. I cannot duplicate the problem but it has happend twice cuaing severe loss of data.

Any thoughts??

Edit the relationship, and make sure that the option to delete related records when deleting a record is *not* checked
