benwachtel Posted October 8, 2013 Share Posted October 8, 2013 I'm trying to open DocuBin and I'm not getting past the LicenseCheck plugin screen. Plugin downloaded but could not be enabled The plugin 360Works_LicenseCheck was downloaded but could not be enabled, this is possibly due to an issue that was corrected on 1/24/11. Plugins released prior to 1/24/11 have to be removed. This can be easily done using this page. Then the page that's linked to does not exist. Could this be an issue on your end? I remember having a similar issue a few months ago and there was an issue with your plugin server, I think. This is in a Citrix environment running Windows Server 2008 and what I believe is the latest version of DocuBin. Screenshot attached. -Ben Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
