Can't update LicenseCheck plugin

I'm trying to open DocuBin and I'm not getting past the LicenseCheck plugin screen.

 

Plugin downloaded but could not be enabled

 

The plugin 360Works_LicenseCheck was downloaded but could not be enabled, this is possibly due to an issue that was corrected on 1/24/11. Plugins released prior to 1/24/11 have to be removed. This can be easily done using this page.

 

 

 

Then the page that's linked to does not exist.

 

Could this be an issue on your end? I remember having a similar issue a few months ago and there was an issue with your plugin server, I think.

 

This is in a Citrix environment running Windows Server 2008 and what I believe is the latest version of DocuBin.
