  1. Hi, I have created a layout for keeping records of all the projects my company is working on. I have created a field called 'Status' which is a drop down menu containing 2 values: Live and Complete. There is also a field in the layout that is for entering the name of each project. I want to use conditional formatting to change this field to the 'StrikeThru' style when the 'Status' value is changed to Complete. I have tried creating an If formula within Conditional formatting but its not working. Any help would be much appreciated, Ruby
  2. Efen, Thankyou so much for such a quick response. It took me a while to get my head round it but its working now. Thanks again!
  3. Hi, This is my first post, I can't find a related discussion on what I want to find out. I am creating a layout for a Purchase Order. I have created a portal on this layout that relates to another table, called Purchase Order List Items. I want to use the portal to list the items we want to order. I have created a relationship between them that allows the creation of a new record in the Purchase Order List Items table when an item is added to the portal on the Purchase Order table. I have set the portal up so that it has only 2 rows, however sometimes we will want to add more than 2 items. Whenever I have added more than 2 items and gone to print the Purchase Order, only the 2 top items on the list are visible. Is there a way that I can set the portal to extend itself when I add an item, or create a button/script that will add another row? There are other fields below the portal that I would like to remain underneath the last item listed. I hope this is enough information, I'd appreciate any help/advise you can give me, Best Regards, Ruby
