  1. Many thanks for the advice. I had a look and to be honest I can't figure that one (I am a bit of a novice!!) I think I will look at setting up a new layout and perhaps arrange the field as I need and then PDF and attach to email. many thanks once again JP
  2. Hi, I have a script that exports records to HTML and subsequently attachs to the Client Email to send. The problem is that in order to fit all the fields on one page I would need to adjust the width of the HTML columns (but don't know if this can be done via filemaker) is there a way to export to HTML in filemaker so that the field widths are adjusted or at else the texted is 'rapped text' much like you would see in Excel I hope this explains the issue - attached is a .jpeg to help explain further many thanks in advance for the help JP
  3. I am having the same problem - can I ask what exactly is the "wonky" sliding feature? Many thanks JP
  4. Apologies if I wasn't clear folks. When I export to HTML or excel... is there any way to set the column width via filemaker? Problem is that the file needs a bit of work before it is sent ... (not very readable if I just attach to an email and send via FM script) Also, is there a way of perhaps setting a page break in an HTML via filemaker Perhaps all of this is not possible, thanks in advance for the help JP
  5. Hi, I have automated emails from Filemaker which as both HTML and excel attachments. The problem I have is that I can't seem to change/set the column width. any ideas? Also, any ideas as to how to include page breaks when filename changes in such outputs. many thanks JP
