Hi Wim, Thanks for your reply. I'm sure of the plugin. It's a new client. Everyone else seems to be ok when they access remotely. It's just an issue with this one user. And my luck he is the owner lol. My apologies he is on Win 7. I'll still try and get as much info as possible. Thank you Prashant

Hi, Sorry I am new here so please forgive me if I am posting in the wrong topic. I have a client who is trying to access the Sas pro database remotely. He is using File maker pro 5.5 He gets an error message: The instruction at "0x01927096" referenced memory at "0x001d5000". the memory could not be read. Click OK to terminate the program. Click on cancel to debug the program Any help would be appreciated please Thank you Prashant
