Hi everyone! We've been getting this error when trying to sync one person in particular. All other syncs for over 100 devices are ok. Error from server: java.io.IOException: Server returned unexpected status code: 502 for URL. 502 - Web server received an invalid response while acting as a gateway or proxy server. I've done the timeout test from 360Works and I get a successful message. Anything else I could be missing? I appreciate the help!
