  1. Hi Two questions regarding relationships: 1. After doing a many-to-many relationship between table (MOVIE) and table (ACTOR) through the in-between table (LINE_MOVIE_ACTOR) the field in the portal in table (MOVIE) only shows me 1 actor name choice, why? 2. How do I make a relationship between a new table (DISTRIBUTOR) that both table (MOVIE) and table (ACTOR) should be able to show? Do I need two in-between tables? Thanks Fernando actor.fp7.zip
  2. I have 1 folder with 20 txt-files which I want to import into FM automatically. Each record in FM have 2 fields (1 with the name of the txt-file, the other with the contest of the txt-file). I have tried to modify the "Import Picture"-script which comes with FM without any success. I get a Filemaker error when the script arrives at set cell "filecontestt" of newRecord to file (txtFileRef). A guess would be that I have to copy/paste the text, instead of importing it. 3. Thank you... very very much Fernando
  4. Have 1 field (name) with the following contest: (this is the short version since the field have between 5 and 250 lines) John Howard James W. Williams Jean-Pierre Maurice J. Robinson Judd & Amy Nicholson Want 1 field (allname) with the following contest: John Howard; James W. Williams; Jean-Pierre Maurice; J. Robinson and Judd & Amy Nicholson. When finished with the calculation, I still want to be able to correct misspelled names in the "name" field, which then automatically are updated in the allname field. I have been looking at the "Array Expander" posted by Ray (http://www.nightwing.com.au/FileMaker) in a previous message, but I can't get it to do want I need. Anyone...? THANK YOU Fernando
