  1. I have a DB of product names that are entered by about 15 users. In trying to standardize on the look of the names, we would like them to always be in all caps. I was in good shape when everyone was using FM clients, because I could set the fields to display all caps. We have now branched out to the web and the names are being displayed exactly entered. Some caps, some not. Is there any known way to store the product names as all caps within the database?
  2. I would like to send an attachment (a pdf file). I have the address of the file as a record in the db. I can't figure out how to get the SendMail script to use the attachment that would be specific to each record.
  3. These will be documents we will be updating regularly. I have been using the "Insert Object" feature with the container field. I am not sure if that will limit me versus an Import function. If it will not, how can I get the address to automatically populate? One item that may be of importance is that we would not want the recipient of the email to access additional data sheets within the directories that the data sheet we have sent them resides. If the address allowed for the data sheet to be attached that would be great. Thanks.
  4. I am trying to automate sending an attached data sheet that is a pdf within a container field. If I select the container field as the message, it send it blank. The users don't know how to find the data sheets to make the attachment manually which is why I am placing them in FM. Any ideas. Thanks.
