I have four layouts that can only be accessed if either of two passwords is provided. If no password is used, these layouts are and should be grayed out. However, if FileMaker Server is hosting the file, all bets are off. While most of the other permissions remain correct, anyone logged into the file (with or without a password) can view all layouts.

I do this all the time! All you have to do is use the GetURL script step and point it to the location of the picture on your hard drive. Good luck!
