It turns out that all of Filemaker server is incorrect with the time. We have some scripts that are time sensitive and they are effected by the time setting being off. Fmserver definitely thinks its in GMT.
Linux does have a time zone setting that is currently set to Pacific Standard time. Which is correct for our area. I'm going to try clearing the log and let Filemaker remake the files. Not sure if this will do anything but it's worth shot.

The date and time on the server is correct give or take a few seconds. This is according to the system time command "date".
