I'm trying to integrate my incoming faxes with my filemaker client database. The problem is that the fax software produces a tiff file that cannot be read by Filemaker (5.5) The errror messsage is "proper filters are improperly or not installed" Is there a filter? Is there a good conversion program that can convert to a readable tiff?
