I have a problem with getting the computer boot, it seems that the system start and shuts off and starts and shuts off again and again. I can only boot in safe mode. What can I do to fix this problem. I use windows NT. My computer might be infected by a virus, but still boots in safe mode. Please any help is appreciated.
