Ok I have a question. Currently our usernames are stored last name comma space first name. (Smith, John) However when logging in to our domain controller it doesn't allow commas, so the users have to log in last name space first name. (Smith John). What I want to do is have a field called login that automatically is populated with the Username, but without the comma. Is that possible? Essentially I want it to look character by character and if it is a comma then delete it, but I don't know how to do this in filemaker, or if it is even possible in filemaker.
