sorry, you need 2 scripts to make the count. or when you make a new record, on the new record script add, SetField(Count)=Count+1 and will being increased too. i hope help you. Tere Lavin

you can try use a count: SerialNumber, calc, = Count+1 Count, number, =0 and a scritp "Reset"= Set Field Count="0" your serial number begin in 1, and will being increased, when you reset by the script, has a new begin to 0. Just try. Tere Lavin tere_lavin@mazlav.com
