  1. Thanks a lot, Kurt. I'm going to try to get there.
  2. I've never been to Dev Con and I'm thinking about going this year. Does anyone have any thoughts to share. Is it worth going to? What's your favorite part of the conference? Thanks all, Greg
  3. Dev will let you reduce the time the "ad" stays for 2 seconds. But you can also change the graphic so it mentions your company name along with FM (see enclosed). I like the script idea mentioned above. Picture 1.pdf
  4. Thanks everyone for the responses. Found the script steps. Works perfectly; I hid a button on my layout that switches users and references the master password typed into a global field. Sweet!
  5. I'm sure I'm not the only one to have this complaint. I design and develop a solution with full-access (admin) and I create new accounts that have limited permissions. Is there any way (other than closing the file and reopening it under the user account) to test permissions while still logged into the database as admin (full access)? Is there a 3rd-party plug-in or any ware that allows this? Thanks, GSG
  6. Hello everyone. This is my first post. My db has a privelege set that allows the password to view records that have the field named [Viewable = "yes"]. My goal is to allow the admin to select the checkbox for Viewable only for records they want viewable. It's working perfectly except: There are a couple of records that are not viewable no matter the Viewable field is checked or not. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance for any help.
