I've created a report using a few subsummary sorts. It sorts by category then by code. So my lines look like this:
Category 7 Records $2100
Code 1 3 records $900
Code 2 4 records $1200
Catgory 2 3 Records
Code 1 1 Record
Code 2 2 Record
I need to find out how I can put a formula into the subsummary without it calculating all records instead of records shown. I'm not sure if I understand my own question but any help would be greatly appreciated.
