I have a large database for several clients. I want to take advantage of the Web Publishing and give access to some clients so they can view their own data only. The database has a field with the customers name so it can searched or sorted by the clients name. How can I achieve this ? Thank you.

I started a fairly small database a few months ago. When I entered data in the person's name field a pop up list appeared in the next field " address field". The problem is that the list has expanded and it is very difficult and time consuming to scroll down and select the proper address. Is there an easier way to do this ?

It actually did. Calculation result was changed to date i/o number and also changed from stored to " do not store calculation results:

example : date created 12-28-2008 + 10 days = 1/10/0001

I am trying to get the correct date calculation for my database. I have a creation date , days allowed ( example 10 days ) and I need the new date field. I am using date created + 10 = new date field. Some of the dates are correct, some are wrong. What I am doing wrong ?

I have a script to send an email when a certain function is performed. My problem is that some calculated number fields give me a number with too many decimals. How can I restrict it to give me the number with only 2 decimals or none at all ? I have formatted the number to 0 decimals but it is not working on the email body. thanks

I need some help on a calculation where the original quantity and the balance fields reside on my master database and the inside quantity and the outside quantity fields reside on two different related databases. I am trying " balance = original Q -( inside Q + outside Q )" I cant get it to work correctly ( grrrrr !) Any suggestions ? Thanks
