    file| sharing calls up a dialog box. Multi-user radio, Local Data Access Companion, Remote DAC enabled. Edit has preferences, but no reference to ODBC in there. FileMaker Pro 6.0V4 if that helps.

    My PHP says that it is connected, but I suspect that only means it has found the ODBC. Then on trying the query I get: [FileMaker][ODBC FileMaker Pro driver][FileMaker Pro]Database not open. Everything I can find in the help files seems to indicate that just having the *.fp5 open in FM 6 should work. But it doesn't! I suspect I'm missing something obvious, but I'dstill be grateful if someone could put me out of my misery. As ever, Sandy
