Everything is set up for sharing, also the converted documents... It still doesn't work, help help

Hello CyborgSam, I have converted the files from 6 to 7 with no problem. No i have access to the server and the pref. Next problem The databases are not visible in the Server ( just the basic template ) The usergroups and permissions are corrected ( fmserver and fm admin,...) How can i make these files visible in the server ?

i have checked everything you wrote and this is OK but when i open a file is says that he can not share files because a ather user is using File Maker pro on this computer. It's FMS 6 that is actually running...

It works on 10.3.9 and i have restart a couple times... I will try repair permissions...

Hy everybody, I' m new here and i have a little problem with FMS 7. Ore company has just upgrade from FM 6 to 7. The owner and the group for the files are good chosen ( fmserver and fmsadmin ) When i go to Server admin - Local FileMaker Server Admin Start all sevices is selected, then start server = no problem so far... Then Start Filemaker Server - Local Hosts ( 127.0.0.1) CONNECTION FAILURE... is not running...Start Filemaker Server But it is running ? What do I wrong ?
