I wanted to make a layout that would insert info from several different fields into an HTML template, in order to copy and paste the code. I made a layout, just using text with tags for the fields, and the code appears the way I want it, but I can't select it to copy it. What do I need to do to make the same type of thing that I could copy and paste? Do I need to do a calculation and break up the code into sections, inserting the fields in between?

In my database I have a basic contact mangement in one table and an invoice in a related table. Currently I go to the invoice form and select my customers name from a drop down menu. How do I right a script that will copy the information from a field in the contact management, open a new Invoice and insert that information in the appropriate field? Any help would be appreciated.
