  2. Thank You Danielle for your reply. I have tried your solution and created a new DB with only those fields required(without the repeating fields). When I imported the file it did take the fields into the new DB. But, when I tried to get the o/p into an excel file it did not work. It had all the repeating fields in the same cell(excel sheet) again. Is there anything I have to do or any other way to resolve this problem. Thanks again for everything. Gururaj
  3. Hi I have been breaking my head to export my repetetive fields into excel. Every time I export to excel, it copies all the repetetive fields into one cell. I have tried sub summary and page break. I am not sure if I have gone wrong somewhere. Could any of you guide me through this. Many thanks in advance.
