I have a checkbox in my related record. All my other fields show up in my portal row, but the checkbox field does not show anything. Is there a way to have it show the checkbox and also have it where it is selectable?

There must be something wrong in your setup -- perhaps you haven't set the field in the portal to show as a checkbox?

The checkbox is a Field Format attribute, and does not carry over from the related DB to a portal on its own.

In the table where the portal is showing, select the field in the portal (in layout mode) and select Field Format. Create a value list for your checkbox options, set the field to use that value list with checkboxes, and you're good to go.
