February 6, 20178 yr Newbies Hello, a coupld of days ago I was trying to get the email scripts to work, I configured the preferences to use email client (Outlook) but email would not send. So I tried using SMTP method, this would not work either. At some point trying to debug the issues, when I clicked on contact send email the 360works link came up and tried to install cloudmail, I did not with to use this feature!. I did finally get the email working through my gmail account. However the next day when I tried to start FM I received the following error message: Problem signature: Problem Event Name: APPCRASH Application Name: FileMaker Pro.exe Application Version: 15.0.3.305 Application Timestamp: 584784f2 Fault Module Name: 360Works_CloudMail.fmx64 Fault Module Version: 0.0.0.0 Fault Module Timestamp: 550aead4 Exception Code: c0000005 Exception Offset: 000000000000975a OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.768.3 Locale ID: 4105 Additional Information 1: b049 Additional Information 2: b0497f0a786dfa71beee86d1d11429ff Additional Information 3: 4c83 Additional Information 4: 4c83fc36df502479378591659bc3acec Now FM will not run at all... Today I uninstalled FM and reinstalled a fresh copy, the install seemed to go smoothly, However I am still getting a FM crash with the same message as above. So I thought that 360works has left something behind in the registry, I searched the Windows registry and could not find any reference to this plugin. There are no installed plugins within the Extensions folders. Now I have no access to my databases, Please HELP!! Bill
February 8, 20178 yr Hi Bill, I am not sure why this would happen to you, we haven't had any other complaints or customers with this issue. Did you quit filemaker while it was installing the plugin? 360Works Cloudmail plugin is not a product of RCC, and we do not handle support for it. Support can be found on this forum, or by emailing [email protected]. Unfortunately, we cannot help you with this issue. Thanks, Jonathan Hogle
