Can Pop-Ups show Specific Values?

Using a Pop-Up-List or a Pop-Up-Menu, is there a way to get them to show the value selected? In other worlds if I have 10 names in a Pop-Up and I click on one of them, I want

Hi,

not EXACTLY sure what you want here. If you pick a value from a list, it will show.

But do you want it to only show that value, and not have the other values attached after you have made your selection.

Could you let us know a bit more.

If I click om my pop-up list and it has three names in it;

Tom

Dick

Harry

If I click on Harry and tab out to something else. I want Harry to remain showing in the pop-up field until another name is clicked in the future.

this is the definition of a pop-up list or menu. Once you have chosen an item from the list, that item will show in the field until you change it.

Sorry, thought you were after something more complicated.

Sounds to me like that second field is a global field, in which case it has one value across all records.
