Hi Folks,

Does anyone have any experience with creating scripts through the server with version 16?  Id like to know how flexible it really is, can it produce PDF's just like the desktop version?  Does it work through Webdirect?

It works exactly the same and it works from WebD too; do read the help file since it contains some good info on what mechanism to use (Print vs. Save as PDF).

 

Not sure what you mean by 'flexible'; what kind of flexibility are you after?

Thanks, Wim.  I have reports that I generate from the desktop version, sometimes combining PDFS and doing reports with summary fields and such (nothing too crazy).  Can it create those kinds of reports?  Ill look at the help file on the filemaker site.
