Sync Between Two Diffrent layout field Records in one way

Hello Friend,

Here I want to synchronize a layout ( attendance table Summary) field record ( Current Month Total Absent No) of selected employee name with selected salary month name to another layout (salary details) field records(No of leaves) with the same employee name and salary month. How it can be done by calculation or by Sql method or any other way to do so. Here is small file for reference with some transactions sample.
