Email Attachments - any type not allowed

I have four attachments of type .hexout, .jic, .txt, .pdf. All are loaded without error by looping through an EmailAttachFile step however EmailSend fails.

My question: "Is there an issue with certain types of attachment that will affect EmailSend?"
