CloudMail - View Blacklisted Addresses

Featured Replies

In CloudMail, we have the ability to add or remove specified addresses from a blacklist. This is great, but there's no way to see if a given address is on the blacklist before we try to add or remove it. My client's would like to be able to see which of their clients are on the blacklist for sending.

Is this possible somehow?

...even just a bit of feedback when using the AddRecipient function (e.g "address is on blacklist" as the result) would be great...

Hi Twelvetens,

There is not currently a way to see the addresses that are on the CloudMail blacklist. However, CloudMail stores these addresses in your AWS account so we can customize CloudMail to where you can see and manage this list. If you are interested in the customization, please let me know and I can get you in contact with our project manager to discuss the project further.

Hi Ryan,

Sure thing - I'd be interested in getting some indicative pricing on that - although it seems like such a key feature, I'm surprised it's not included as part of the plug-in - surely most clients would like to be able to see if a particular email address is on the blacklist or not?!

You can email me direct on james [at] glenavontechnology.co.uk

Cheers.
