I'm having an unusual error when a script attempts to register a plugin, generated with Scriptmaster 5.07, in WebDirect. When the attempt is made, the following error is returned:

License key provided is for a different product (expected 24; found 48)

The script runs without issue when using the Filemaker 16 client. The server is using Filemaker 16 as well.

Any ideas as to a resolution for the issue here?

Hi David,

  This error means that the plugin was expecting a ScriptMaster license but received a generated plugin license. This is definitely odd if you are calling the register function for your custom plugin. Please reproduce the error and submit your logs as well as your generated plugin to our support email, [email protected] .  See this page for log locations. The file will be called 360Plugins_Web64.log.

Scriptmaster 5.09 appears to resolve this issue. Thanks!
