I answer myself. I did a test.
Complete reinstallation of MacOsX Sierra and FileMakerServer 16.03. French Canadian version for both. Then install 360Deploy_1_01. And everything is working properly. The only difference is that in the previous installation Osx and FileMaker server was originally installed in English and then switched to French.
