Dual Servers

Featured Replies

How can I host 2 FM Servers together?? I want to set up 2 servers to host aboout 60 DB's each, but how would I log onto them in the host window? or have you any other suggestions once the number DB's exceed 120 on a single Server??

I have clients with FM files scattered across 5 or more servers, each with close to the maximum 125 files. Files can be scattered across the servers to share usage load. There is no real "logging on" process for files that automatically open other files, it's all automatic. When using the "Hosts" dialog, the server name will be shown in the list followed by the files it hosts.

With multiple servers, operation from the user standpoint is virtually identical to having a large file capacity single server.
