Newbies WTM Posted February 18, 2019 Newbies Posted February 18, 2019 hi Guys, I am getting an "access denied" error when I use the 360 SMS send command with AWS. I have the correct Key and Secret key installed, and a true phone number. The full text of the error is "com.prosc.aws.exception.AccessDeniedException: AwsRequest{class=class com.prosc.aws.sns.CreateTopic, params={Version+2010-03-31, Action=CreateTopic, Name= (the the phone number here}}: null any ideas?
ryan360Works Posted February 19, 2019 Posted February 19, 2019 Hi WTM, From the error message it looks like the IAM user that you created the access key and secret key for does not have permissions to Create a Topic in the Simple Notification Service section of your AWS account. I would recommend either altering the permissions for this user or generating keys for a user that has Admin privileges.
