Does anyone know of a plug-in for a Mac that allows a pdf file to be automatically named for a FileMaker field when the file is printed from FileMaker? I've taken a look at PrintToPDF, but it doesn't seem to do this. I need something like AfFiler, but for the Mac.

While I do not know of sucha plugin, One solution, if you're outputting on a mac, is to applescript it. Just make it so the pdf is always stored in the same place, with the same name, then make an applescript that moves, renames, etc, based on whatever parameters you like?

We generally use Troi File to move/rename/manage files and folders. The initial name of the pdf file can't be set, but is easy to change.
