Newbies acurrie Posted March 5, 2019 Newbies Posted March 5, 2019 I have the demo file loaded in an Remote Desktop Session, and even after I install the plugins and register, there is a question mark in all the signature boxes and when I click "Capture Signature" under terminal environment, nothing happens.
PCIPal Posted March 6, 2019 Posted March 6, 2019 Alexandria, How did you install the plug in initially? Did you happen to use the "Setup" installer? If you did, try uninstalling and reinstalling. If not, please use the "Setup" file to install the plug in and its proper dependencies. If you have any questions, please let me know. Kind Regards, Jordan
