Egon Posted June 28, 2019 Posted June 28, 2019 Seeing issues where the update for the plug-in doesn't want to install on systems where the user doesn't have Admin Rights to the computer (Windows). Anyone else seeing this?
ryan360Works Posted July 1, 2019 Posted July 1, 2019 Hi Egon, Can you elaborate on what you mean by "doesn't want to install"? Is the plugin showing up in the preferences window? If so, is it checked as enabled? Does it fail to initialize if you try to check it? Something else?
Egon Posted July 1, 2019 Author Posted July 1, 2019 The update for the email plug in won’t update if the user doesn’t have admin rights to the computer. It will just close FileMaker and then they try to open again it repeats this until someone with Admin rights to the system comes in, and opens FileMaker as an administrator.
