I am looking to eliminate the scroll bar being shown and add a visual identifier that more data is available.

The scroll function still works and will show up once the mouse scrolls, of course.

Example.

Portal number of rows = 25

Number of records = 50

Visual cue to scroll down, or up, or both.

Any point in the right direction would be great.

If your portal is set to show 25 rows and isn't anchored to expand when the window resizes, then this is a trivial comparison: 

Count ( PortalTable::Matchfield ) ≤ 25 

Use this as the condition to hide your visual identifier.
