We are currently using mirrorsync 4 with 50 devices.

We wish to update to mirrorsync 6.

When we tried the upgrade button on the order page we were told our license expired and can not be upgraded.

Does that mean we must pay for another 50 devices ?


What's the process of updating from an expired license (with devices) to mirrorsync 6 ?

If your license has expired and you would like to get back onto maintenance, please send an email to support@360works.com. You would need to purchase a new license key, but depending on the number of years your license has been expired, you can get a discounted rate to just cover the cost of the renewals that would have needed to be paid to keep it current to the latest version.
