Check box holding text values

I'm new to filemaker and i have no idea how to start this little conquest.

I'm make a client database for my home business.

I need to creat check boxes within file make that hold body's of text.

Ex. I got to a client and they would liek web services from me.

I click on the web services check box and a 4 page description is inserted into the clients send out letter layout.

There are serveral different services so i need check boxes for them all can someone help me.

Place a transparent button over your checkbox. The script attached to this button would do two things 1) use a Set Field() to set the value to mark the box checked and 2) another Set Field () to copy text from a global text field to the destination field.

Why script it when you can use a lookup. My warning is this, if you start using global fields to store standard text, you will one day whish you didn
