Download data from Windows computer and use Filemaker on Chromebook -- can this be done?

I've been using FIlemaker since the early 1990s.  I would like to replace my Windows computer with a Chromebook.  But can I download my data and use Filemaker on a Chromebook?   Many thanks for your help.

Sorry no unless you use apps on demand on a hosted server.
