Report with related records won't total correctly

In the attached sample, there are two tables: a Project table ("AD") for project name and booked $ amount and a related table ("Rcvbls") which can have multiple invoices per project as shown below:

I want a report that shows projects by status and has summary amounts for the Rcvbls data as shown below:

As you can see, the BookedAmt (from AD) works fine in each part of the report, but the related records subtotals and grand totals aren't acting correctly.

Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?  The db is attached.

You cannot use a summary field defined in the child table to summarize records in the parent table. Either use a calculation field in the parent table to sum the related records and then a summary field to total those amounts, or produce the report from the child table and group by status and by project.
