Digging deeper into JS I'm also musing about what JS-Framework may make the most sense!?
”Most sense" means:
• What is easy to learn?
• What does not have dependencies?
• What is currently the most popular one?
 
So may I ask around:
1) What is the JS-Framework you're using?
2) Why?
3) What are the Pros and Cons (if that's different from 2)
