Newbies MariaMalinovskaya Posted July 1, 2021 Newbies Posted July 1, 2021 Hi! I’m Maria Malinovskaya, FileMaker developer and junior partner of the TriA company. TriA is based in Moscow. We work on this field more than 10 years, and we have more than 30 successful In Russia, and about 5 projects all over the world. I would like to introduce you to the first version of our free product, the DataBox plug-in for manipulating data in FileMaker. The plugin works with macOS, Windows and FileMaker server for both OS. The DataBox lets you store data like variables, arrays, tables or any hierarchical structures and manipulate them. Data stores in memory in correct FileMaker format like number, text, date, time or timestamp. As the DataBox stores data in memory, it works very fast. You can get data from your database (ex. from ExecuteSQL functions ) once and then work with it in memory. The DataBox has powerful functions for manipulating, aggregating and getting data in different formats like JSON or interactive html-table. The downloads and documentation are available on the site https://tria.pw/databox/. We will appreciate, if you take a look at DataBox and give us feedback about it. 1
Ocean West Posted July 1, 2021 Posted July 1, 2021 Welcome Maria, From the documents it looks pretty cool. A few questions.. Do you anticipate a signed plugin at some point, and also universal binary to work with the new M1 chip? Thanks..
Newbies MariaMalinovskaya Posted July 2, 2021 Author Newbies Posted July 2, 2021 Hello, Ocean! Thank you for you rating the DataBox. As for you questions, we plan to sign plugin, if it will have success in FM community and will be using other developers. We did't test plugin with new Mac processors, probably it will work correctly, but if not, we will compile special version for it.
