On the SN backup schedule do we include 1 copy of the backup or 0 copies of the backup, 

Using 1 does the backup upload everything again (including RC) since the directory has a timestamp.

Using 0 would not alter the backup directory and would the backup only include the files that were modified.

what is the ideal strategy?
